Graduated as an Industrial Engineer specialising in electricity from the University of Oviedo, Isabel has accumulated more than 35 years of experience in management positions in leading companies in the sector. Her vast knowledge and experience comes from prominent roles in leading companies such as Duro Felguera and Red Eléctrica de España (REE).

In addition to her impressive work experience, Isabel has invested in her professional development through renowned executive education programmes. She completed the Senior Management Programme (PADE) at IESE Business School, as well as the Company Directors programme, also at IESE, consolidating her ability to lead and manage with strategic vision.
