Proyecto de Fusión
El pasado 1 de junio, los órganos de administración de Quadrante Meta Engineering, S.A.U. (QME) e Izharia Ingeniería y Consultoría, S.L.U. aprobaron el Proyecto Común de Fusión por absorción de ambas sociedades, siendo QME la sociedad absorbente e Izharia la absorbida.
Esta operación responde a una reorganización interna con el objetivo de simplificar la estructura societaria, eliminar duplicidades y generar sinergias entre ambas compañías.
