Javier holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Public Works Engineering from the European University of Madrid (UEM), which gives him a solid grounding in civil engineering and construction and he has more than 15 years of experience in leading companies in the construction and engineering sector, with a particular focus on civil engineering and renewable energy projects.
