Candelaria Substation 220 kV

Candelaria 220kV substation, GIS technology, double busbar configuration, no-load tests prior to the commissioning of the new busbar differential protections and integration of all the positions of the installation in the new protections (PDB's), with the following work being carried out:

-Switchgear testing: testing of control circuit wiring in switchgear.

-Verification of measuring and protection circuits (current and voltage transformers): checking of wiring, secondary injection from current and voltage transformers to new equipment.

-Verification and adjustment of protections: testing of busbar differential protection relays, and integration of the positions in the new PDB.

In this way, the correct global operation of the installation is guaranteed prior to the commissioning of the new position, ensuring the correct functionality of all the elements and equipment and of the installation as a whole.
